Required Skills and Abilities: Track record of effective organizing and grassroots lobbying essential, as well as experience or knowledge in working with activist databases and alert networks.

Qualifications: Some knowledge of land-use planning, environmental law, state and federal legislative processes and the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area is very helpful.

Education Required: College degree
